After promising not to hold up contract performance to pressure upsells they promptly did so. Mostly in the early stages. They were very slow to produce it and missed some important dates. After hours and hours of somewhat haranguing telephone calls the products were finally produced. After I told them over and over I do not want interference with my writing. Especially phone calls.
