It started out great but then went downhill. I submitted my manuscript and they worked on it for just the formatting and came back with errors. I submitted a ton of requests to fix their errors and every single time they fixed a formatting issue they messed something else up. Then they started blaming me that I did the errors omg what!!!! Finally I was done and there were still one error in my book that they said was fixed but it wasn't. It was very minor so I left it alone cause I would of just been continuing to go in circles and they would keep messing something else up. Thats not all they wanted a copy of my cover which I didnt need them to do anything with and I told them that but they sent back a different cover several times I told them to go back to the original amd finally they did. Thats not all. They had a really good special which should of been a red flag I didnt see and then they kept saying we cant fix any more mistakes with that price. It wasn't my mistakes. This guy Nathan kept saying I will be fired so his boss told me to deal with him from now on so I did. There's more. They keep calling and trying to upsale me but I am done!!!!

My initial engagement with this company was strong and delightful. Much like other negative individual's reviews, my relationship with this company has turned very unprofessional. This company has come up with numerous excuses on why delays have occurred, not fulfilled commitments that where verbally agreed on, such as publishing dates, proper advertising and marketing as well correct pre-launch of my book. I keep getting assured things will be looked into and addressed and still see no actionable results. This company may have good intentions but their follow through is horrendous. They have an excuse for every little thing instead of taking responsibility and action is well not recommended This company needs to follow through on their words and let their actions do the talking. Say what you mean and mean what you say. it is that simple. .
