On 11/28/2024, while spending hours searching the internet for book printing companies, including reading an array of customer reviews. As well as, contacting numerous book printing companies seeking to establish an ongoing book reprinting shipment service with a reliable company to ensure I had books on hand to quickly fill and ship orders to customers ordering books from my online bookstore. Three-hours had pasted when suddenly, I received a message stating, “I see you are looking for a book printing company. My company is the best in the business when it comes to quick book printing and cover design service. Click this link so we can talk. I should have known this contact was going to be a scam for several reasons; I never saw any reviews about this company, nor had I ever been tagged by an employee of a company while reading reviews. Because I needed to quickly stock books prior to a new E-Commerce online bookstore being activated on 01/11/2025, which was discussed with Gary Burton and Tom Ingram, both representatives for the beforementioned company email address. Gary swore his company was the best in the business, even better than Amazon do-it-yourself platforms, and ensured me via phone call and written contract that his company could print the 60-paperback books; 10-copies each from six-manuscripts and have them shipped to me within ten-days. As a result, I signed the contract he sent; made the $2000.00 advance payment for this service which was never honored or fulfilled by his company. Therefore, I filed a complaint against this company with Bureau of Consumer Protection, Federal Trade Commission, as well as with my bank. I was forced to find and hire another printer. Resulting in the hiring of a top-notch book printing company staffed by honest, extremely helpful employees whose purpose is to meet the needs of customers as quickly as possible. On 01/23/2025, I hired “On Press Book Printing”, located in New Jersey. As my recurring book printing company. This company printed and shipped 150 copies of my books to me on February 3, 2025. Therefore, my eCommerce Bookstore designers resent my store to its population department on February 11, 2025. Whenever this store is activated On Press Book Printing, and I are ready to sell my books. Bye-the-way, no contract or advance payment was required.

It's a scam! Paid $2700.00 for experienced writing support. And received child-like, unsalable work from this subpar company! The 100% customer satisfaction is a lie! Fast-talking sales with no delivery of your book! Disgusting scam!

I paid $25,000 to Writers Tree pursuant to a guarantee of return of funds. After over a year, I got a website, 50 books, and a cover completed. I sent $19,000 for 2,000 books that were represented to have been sold to distributors. I received a written contract that I would be paid about $33,000. This was totally fraudulent. Now, I have to start legal action, which I did not want to do.

What a cluster funk... I posted before and I am reposting for all to see the new information. I started out with Harry and Harry left the company. My book sat dormant for over a week. Corina picked up my book, no last name ever provided. I had a blow out conversation with Corina and was passed onto Mary. I was not satisfied at all. Mary took over with Corina and they published my book four weeks later, no edits, minimal formats. They published it in 8.5x11 instead of 6x9 as I requested on my "publishing form" they sent me. I spoke with Mr. Vanwild as he said he was a manager. I requested my money back. No response. I requested the book format to be changed once again. Book was pulled from all shelves including e books. They refused to provide me the passwords and usernames for all accounts they were using. I had to contact the companies directly for any information. Again, I demanded a refund. Finally, the book is published on Amazon and Barnes and Noble. They fought me to advertise it on Baker and Taylor. It didn't matter, because they lied about Baker and Taylor. B&T no longer prints copies. So again, I demanded a refund. Nothing. I ordered my books and the book cover did not fit the new 6x9 layout so the binding was pushed to the back of the book. I demanded a copy of the PNG and JPEG. A week later I received a PNG only. Nothing more was said about the book at this point. It was about two weeks after publishing, Harry must have returned to the company because he text me. Mary and Corina text me to follow up with me, I demanded a refund and Corina says "G__ D____ what is your problem." That was the last I heard from any of them. I was played I get that. I want my refund now. I have filed with my credit card company as fraud charges and a fraud company. Fast forward to yesterday, someone from Pakistan tried to change my email password to gain access to my Amazon account. I immediately changed passwords and set up verification codes. They are willing to mess up your lifelong dreams of writing a book (my book to help other) and willing to harass you to take down your reviews but why not refund the money? Run, dont walk, RUN from this company/

I paid to have my memoir published. They put it in workbook form, and once completed put their name instead of mine, so that the royalties were rerouted to them instead of me. I have contacted the proper folk to help me get things back on track. Do not believe a word they say.

If I could give a minus star I would. The Writers Tree has totally failed to honor the year service agreement. More than 75% of the service agreement was never done or never reported as done. I paid over $60,000 to have 8000 copies of my book printed. Royalties in excess of $100,000 were to be paid over the course of 6 months starting in September of 2023, through April of 2024. To date I have not received any money from this company. I researching The Writers Tree, I have found that they are not registered as a business anywhere. Letters to the New York address listed on the website come back as undeliverable. I have asked at least 5 times for a refund of my money via email, but they have not honored their 100% money back guarantee.

SCAM company. Do not make business with them or pay them any money. They do not fullfile the Agreement they signed with you. Be careful when signing the agreement where they guarantee selling 1000 or more copies of your book,because that will not happen. You will be lucky if they sell 10 copies of it!

I wrote the book on discovering deception. My first book. I was inexperienced. Thx Guys for the lesson. They will promise you BIg Promises! I was told in initial talks with Ben White that he would get us on T.V Shows. They'd fly us out and pay us. Luke Davis was so excited about getting us on Fox 5. Never once mentioned these where just more simple platforms with a $10,000 price tag. Everything from the first $600 we paid them was MORE MONEY! MORE MONEY! They drop you like a Hot Potato when there isn't more money coming. Luke actually got Angered with me when he realized, I have no money to give. Still they are professional Money Men. They can Easily trick you. They will treat you like their best friend. There was "I Love You's" passed back and forth in abundance. They will fill you with wonder and lift you to the highest expectations. Then the lies start to unravel. Then they leave your work undone. I paid for 6 platforms $600. Over charged Massively $500 for copyrighting which I still have no verification it was done in our name. Have access to 4 platforms, still missing 2 and what ever the last $100 they syphoned from me. $350 for an ISBN that other publishers do for free. They are Also According to a Literary Source that had knowledge of them and others like them. Located In Pakistan. Not using their real names is very possible. The office on their sites addresses probably a mailing hub or international communications hub of some kind. Everything they say has one goal. Separate you from as much of your money as possible. When You see the work they do you will realize you were Lied to and ripped off. They Don't care. Also. READ UP ON RECOGNIZING FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS!!! Theirs fit the bill. Trust them and you will wish you hadn't! I DO! They are also the only ones who have the routing info and other account details. I've learned operations like these are under investigation.
