The ordering process was easy and quick. The time from order to shipping was short. The product, when delivered, was as expected. There was a problem with my order and the communication and follow-up The Wooden Pin (Jake) was very prompt.

I am incredibly grateful for Jake and the team at Wooden Pin. They were prompt in their communication, excellent in their attention to detail, and went above and beyond to ensure that the product fit our needs. We ordered keychains with double-sided color logos and are so pleased with the results!
