Thanks to the delivery provider, the first batch showed up absolutely destroyed. Half of them were broken and the pins were pushed in. Reached out to customer support and they immediately remediated the issue by sending me an entire new batch. The items came exactly as I had requested and they looked amazing. 10/10 would recommend. Will be referring coworkers to this company.
