The Website DesignsReviews of thewebsitedesigns.com

I have been working with Website Designs for the past several months building a website for a small township in Ohio. With me or any of the local government officials having experience in this, and with only one meeting a month this has been a prolonged project due to limitations on our end. Steve at Website Designs has been patient and professional every step of the way. He have endured long periods of inactivity on our end but he has been patient and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend their services. The website they designed for me is professional and is exactly what I have asked for. They are quick to make changes and make sure that what you want is what you get! If you need a website you can’t go wrong with Website Designs and hopefully you’ll get Steve as your website development manager.

Customer service is exceptional. Ronan Obrien is handling my website, he is very professional, responsive and courteous.

Elvin and team have been patient with me and helped me develop the web site. David was also nice and helped me. The team is very professional and I am glad I reached out to this company for building my web site.

Great team of hard workers

The Website Designs I trusted from the start. After consulting with various companies, David did a great job at explaining the process, as well as educating me on website design itself. This is definitely a company that is professional and will guide you through the entire process. They will not rush you through, and with their assistance, they will provide you a website that you will be proud of, and very appealing to customers. They provided the templates for design and context, and their expertise allowed them to create exactly what envisioned, to include my logo. Once the website was built, and went live, they provided training, and reassured me that they will continue to assist when needed. You can get cheaper quotes, but beware! If you are looking for a company that is dedicated to professionalism, expertise, and ongoing support, this is a company that I highly recommend--you get what you pay for! I love my new website!

Ron, Elvin and David have been tremendous; Our website went from scary to SPECTACULAR! Hands down a great investment for your business.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. For those thinking about doing business with thewebsitedesigns, I recommend that you stay away. I had a very NEGATIVE experience dealing with this organization. They promise a timeline of 3 weeks from start to the delivery of a functional website. It took over 2 months and extra spending for the final product to be delivered. Along the way, they wanted me to spend more money for some features they promise will optimize my website. Once the website was finished, I found several issues including emails not working, misspelled words...etc. Their so-called lawyer called me after the final delivery trying to make me spend more on some bogus registration. Bottom line is do not waste your money, once would be better off paying extra for a reliable company. Lastly, they stated the company is located in the United States which is not true. They are using some sort of IP phone to convert the number from their location to a US number. They will make you believe they are located in California which is not the case. The company may be located in India or Pakistan. I am probably going to end up getting a brand new website from a reputable organization. I am providing this review to raise awareness about their shady business dealing. IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND I RECOMMEND YOU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY OVER PROMISE AND UNDER DELIVER.

Great team. I have a vision and a huge site that is going to rock the US. Its a new level of getting legislation for patients as well as practitioners. The team at Website Designs is on top of things, making changes and updating. I will be pleased to see it go live.
