This company stole $8,836.00 dollars from me and made no effort to refund it back to me. We had a contract and they broke it. Now they claim "we are the new owners and bought this company that file for bankruptcy". It's the same people, they just switch names amongst each other. Guess what, you bought all of their debts. The debt I have with The Website Design has not been settled. I don't want your services, I want my money. You had one chance to make an impression and this company failed. These are the same people that took my money and went partying with it. Nothing has change. They ask me to reach out to them and I did. They refuse to give me my money back. So it you feel like just throwing your money away , this is the place. Don't waste your time. Go to GoDaddy.com or Wix. I built my website in eight days something they could do in 8 months. You can build your own website. I did it so can you. I haven't check lately but The Website Design had a "F" rating with the state of California.

The Website Designs is a commercial fraud that will take your website hostage. They created a non compliant website that they then extorted fees to fix.

Welllllll all I can say is this company is TRASH!!! We signed up last year around March. We asked them UP Front is there any more charges that we need to know about? We were told No! Well that was a flat out LIE! After about $1600+ we got a half ass website and nothing was working like it should. We went back and for with Elvin and David and nothing was EVER DONE RIGHT! They took our money and did not do a damn thing. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE! DON’T DO IT…..

Don’t hire this company services! •They will take a year to finish your project (changing people in charge of your project every single time, which you have to sent your info over and over again because they don’t received”) •They will come with additional charges over the time pass (offering things that if you don’t get, your website won’t work and that is up to you) which they don’t say the moment before hiring them! • After the long wait for your website to be finally finish, Manager will come with a $2,000 additional charge that if your don’t pay it won’t be view by any client since it won’t be in any search engine and treated you in an awful way!! Your website will ended up in a $8,000/$10,000 Be aware! This are scammers, this is fraud!

Update: After a very lengthy dispute, they reimbursed most of the charges. "Minus zero star" for sure. The absolute worst Website development company out there. Total incompetence, biggest liars, never reveal their faces, as they told us that they dont have cameras on their computers. They use fake english names as a cover. Their first US address was at a Starbucks location in San Francisco and the new one is at a $50 monthly rent virtual location in Emerryville CA. They are based in Pakistan, a call center and they had no idea how to upload our website on AWS. we had to constantly work with AWS tech team to assist. Also they will not share their location in Pakistan....hmm. promised a HIPAA compliant website, secure and encrypted, but of course, we got nothing and we got hacked a couple of times due to their lack of competence. I am not sure that I can express my frustration in few sentences. Professional scammers, always late on zoom calls, unprepared, never ending excuses for why it is not done. The contract promised full refund but of course we got nothing. Delay after delay, went from 8 weeks delivery to 8 months incomplete delivery with $7000 overcharges for stuff we never got. We were promised refund payments which we never received a penny. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THEM, STAY AWAY.
