In the beginning it was a great experience, they were in constant touch with me regarding getting started. After about a week or so, customer service started lacking. Examples: I would send VERY detailed instructions on what to put where and exactly what changes needed to be made, I would get the mock up and half the stuff I asked for was done, kept having to get in touch with them and ask for the same changes/additions over and over again; Also, I kept having to reach out to see where we were on the site updates instead of them letting me know. I feel I shouldn't have had to keep reaching out to them. Also, the social media integration plug in was presented like it was included in what we paid, come to find out it was not, all charges or anything that will be extra should've been told to me up front. It was quite an aggravating experience. I will not be using this company again.

The team who helped me were great at communicating with me, answered my queries promptly. Very professional and always tried their best. Yes there were hiccups along the project but as is the case with any project, the most important part is that they delivered the project as planned and on time.

I have had a cordial experience with the staff. The changes requested in the website design have been completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Beware of these guys. They keep you hanging forever. They hire some cheap web developers from Pakistan and nothing will be done in time. No one there understand your needs your revisions. You keep discussing things over and over but they do not care because they get money upfront. End of the day they tell you they will not refund you a penny. I wish there was a Zero Star option. We are tough customers with high expectations for customer service and product delivery. We had some communication challenges at the beginning which the team was able to help us work through and cleared up our confusion. Once they got our project back on track, we got updates on our project regularly. After a few weeks, the team delivered an awesome website, which we are impressed with and very thankful for.

Like pulling teeth working with them. So nice on the phone and trusted them, they have lied multiple times saying "the website will be live by the end of this week" this has been weeks worth of procrastination for a website that has just about the exact same content, just changed the aesthetic. Highly DO NOT recommend. Gonna waste your money and time. I still don't have my website up from them.
