This is scam company and they don't have a registered entity in US, these guys take your money and will run away, stay away for this company, people you talk to are not real persons, they fake names like Dan smith, Jay Martin etc.. this is a fraud company

This is a scam company save yourself the dollars and do your investigating before giving these thieves your hard earned because they keep coming for more.

This company is a scam, beware. The few positive reviews are probably themselves. Horrible delivery process, the site took 6 months to complete, and I was told it would take 30 days, they are ridiculous in their implementation and quality control. Worse, they actively try to scam you out of additional money as you go along. Today they sent me a message saying that my SSL certificates were going to expire and my website would be taken down if I didn't send them $1100. Setting aside the fact that SSL certificates are usually $70 a year, I had already sent them money for the TLS certificate which is the modern replacement to SSL. They took my money and never implemented the TLS, and then took my website down to try and force men into paying for SSL at 10X the market price. I have staff in the field referring clients to my website and now my website and webmail is down and they are not answering my calls or returning my texts. I'm reporting this company to the FCC and the FBI for wire fraud.

I hired this company in May of 2023, its not Oct 2023. I was promised all sorts of thins, Most importantly, " 100% Satisfaction and money back" the build went well, for the first month. i had advised them to let me know BEFORE they launch the new build, and they said ok, However, i woke up 5 weeks in, and the New site is up! OK looked good, but then Disaster. i began getting complaints, Customers unable to complete orders, or improper shipping, no shipping, and various other errors. As this goes on, they Acknowledge, they Deleted my old site data! which included 3 years worth of shipping data. One promise after another, a new project manager : # 3 i believe : kept trying to Sell me more service and product, even tho i had just told him i have lost over 4K in sales because of the ongoing issues on the back end. 4 months in, i get a call, message from a New person, who tells me he was brought in to FIX all of the existing issues, with my site, and " Many others", Caused bt Matt : CEO ? : Hiring Untrained web designers to build the site i and others paid to have made. Constant delays, constant broken promises. in the end, i had to hire Another web developer to begin fixing all of the issues caused by The Website Creatives. 95% of my communication was via Messaging, so i have Proof of everything i was told and promised. so if they want to dispute my claim, i can Show exactly what was said. Stay clear of this company, Just because it LOOKS good, doesn't mean it works....UPDATE - 4-5-2024 After 6 months of Silence, No email, or phone numbers to call, Matthew Addison, calls me " to work things out", after telling him the Trust isnt there, he says the only way he will Refund, is if he has Admin access of MY Cpanel, and Deletes my site content 100%. Mind you, by doing this, i have Nothing. My Original site, which was Functional, was Completely deleted, Backup and all from the server by his Untrained techs. Stay Far away, The owner even went as far as to give his own company a 5star review. Run, dont walk away from these Scam artists, who by the way, Arent Even based in USA... Thier IP data was logged in Cpanel from Karachi Pakistan

I paid a lot of money to get this web work done and all I got was a logo and name in a month (which I could have done myself). Every time I asked for my money back, they refused to would try and sweet talk me that everything is "ok". They also told me if I kept calling them it will take longer for them to get the site done. It took a month for just a logo, and I don't even have JPEG of it. They were OK the first week and then they don't answer calls, emails or texts unless you're asking for your money back. This place is a scam they don't even have a branded LLC. Every time I actually talked to them; they would laugh at what I had to say then argue with me until I didn't have the energy to speak with to my "consultant" any longer. It is unbelievable they are getting away with this. I completely regret to help me with the project. They will take your money, time and whatever else they can. DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE CREATIVES! You will regret it!

In the beginning it was a great experience, they were in constant touch with me regarding getting started. After about a week or so, customer service started lacking. Examples: I would send VERY detailed instructions on what to put where and exactly what changes needed to be made, I would get the mock up and half the stuff I asked for was done, kept having to get in touch with them and ask for the same changes/additions over and over again; Also, I kept having to reach out to see where we were on the site updates instead of them letting me know. I feel I shouldn't have had to keep reaching out to them. Also, the social media integration plug in was presented like it was included in what we paid, come to find out it was not, all charges or anything that will be extra should've been told to me up front. It was quite an aggravating experience. I will not be using this company again.

Beware of these guys. They keep you hanging forever. They hire some cheap web developers from Pakistan and nothing will be done in time. No one there understand your needs your revisions. You keep discussing things over and over but they do not care because they get money upfront. End of the day they tell you they will not refund you a penny. I wish there was a Zero Star option. Like pulling teeth working with them. So nice on the phone and trusted them, they have lied multiple times saying "the website will be live by the end of this week" this has been weeks worth of procrastination for a website that has just about the exact same content, just changed the aesthetic. Highly DO NOT recommend. Gonna waste your money and time. I still don't have my website up from them.
