I purchased an 18K / TT Tourneau GMT watch. They shipped it Monday morning, and I received the watch 48 hours later! The watch is gorgeous and obviously in pristine, unused condition (just as advertised). They are very good communicators, with great service, and great prices. I would definitely use The Watch Outlet again. Thank you!

Mark was extremely easy to work with.....answered my questions, offered other items that he thought I might like, shipped what I bought (a Parmagiani Fleurier) at a GREAT price and ahead of schedule. Best of all....he checked in three days later to make sure that I LOVED my new watch. And I do!

I had a really great experience with Mark and The Watch Outlet. The watch was exactly as described and beautiful and the value for my trade was extremely fair. Communication was great all along the way and shipping was quick (both for my trade and for my new purchase). I couldn't be happier. Thanks!
