I’ve been working with coach Zach for about 70 days now! I have made tremendous progress in such a short time! I just hit an all time low on the scale today! Best investment in my health ever! Thanks coach Zach and vsa for all the awesome support and work y’all put in for your clients! I signed up for a year and I already know I will want to continue after my year is up!

I started with VSA in October of 2022, working with Coach Zach. I had some serious self motivation issues and some bad habits that I just couldn't break on my own. Zach helped me break down each behaviour and construct a great plan that I can follow each week. He's always available to answer my questions, is a huge support and encouragement and a wealth of specialized knowledge! Whenever I run into a snag, he brings a creative approach to overcome it. I'm so happy I get to work with such a caring coach, who genuinely wants to see me succeed!

I signed up for The Vegan Superhero Academy to loose weight and didn't realize how much I would gain. I gained the strength to set boundaries for my health, an entire team of support and knowledge, and a loving community cheering me on. My wonderful coach Sarah set me up for success with a thought out workout and meal plan. She creates a caring space for you to be open, honest, and reflect on your process. I am halfway in my current plan and am on track to meet my body goals for the first time in my life! This was the best decision I have ever made for myself. I am proud to be a Vegan Superhero!

Working with VSA coach Daphne for 3 months has helped me so much and I am forever grateful for the knowledge she has given me. I have worked in health care for 25+ years and thought I was doing everything I needed to do for my health but I have learned through her the importance of strength training and nutrition to meet my health goals and maintain my long term health. I am forever grateful for this experience and the accountability that comes with this program and having a coach tailor the program to me. They offer so many additional experiences including virtual learning, live calls, and so many recipes! Thank you Daphne and VSA for everything!

VSA is the best investment you will ever make. Period. Vegan Superhero Academy has changed my life for the better and it will transform you too! The team at The Vegan Gym have created a comprehensive nutrition and training program with personalized 1:1 coaching and full community support. Specifically, my coach, Zach, has helped me realize goals I never thought were actually possible. I'm 45 years old and I now have the first six pack of my life after always being the chubby kid in the group! Beyond physical growth, I've learned so much about vegan nutrition, exercise science, and the psychology behind self limiting beliefs. Don't wait. Get started. You will never make a wiser or more profitable investment. Invest in yourself and realize your potential!

It's Graduation time. I want to say thank you to my Vsa Family for always pushing me to keep going during this weight loss journey. I am forever grateful and thankful for my experience here and the love I have received from day one to present. I have learned so much about myself during this time, how I can accomplish anything I really put my mind to and my dreams will come true. Going completely VEGAN, Getting Married, Career Changes owner operator of my trucking business to company driver to California State employee. VSA has been apart of it all. Weight loss to weight gain to back to weight loss. I am still focused on the goals. Not letting anything take me off track. I am moving on with the knowledge and tools to live life healthy and sustainable "Vegan" and the information to eat intuitively. I have come so far. I'm proud of where I came from making the change in October 2021 to February 2023 and beyond. I will be moving forward and continuing with the plan and my goals for all areas of my life especially weight loss and muscle gain. Thanks To the whole VSA team for building this amazing safe space I will always call this group and everyone here HOME. My last day is Friday 2/17/2023. I love you all . I'm a work in progress 😌, I'd rather my weight loss be slow and sustainable. Because thats what is working for me. I'm focused. Thanks Coach Michael for Always pushing me to lift heavy and to have me challenge myself 💪🏾 . Thanks coach Laura for being there to give me guidance and support. I forever thankful for our first chat. And our conversations at the Airport. Really meant alot.

Working with Coach Sarah and finding the VSA community have been life changing. Yes - I go to the gym now and actually enjoy lifting weights now! - but even more important is how much I’ve grown mentally since joining VSA. I’m just as excited about the journey as the outcome, and I feel supported and welcomed by some of the best people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting in my lifetime. Frequent group calls throughout the week combined with daily touch points with my Coach have made me a more optimistic, focused individual, and I am now more confident pursuing my goals in and out of the gym. Thank you VSA!

I have to say, I can be extraordinarily skeptical. I have done all the diets before and had personal trainers and coaches before but this is a totally different thing. My Coach, Lukasz, is amazing. For the first time, I can be honest with my coach. I can say I’m hungry or that I ate a cupcake and not be punished by being told to do more workouts or that the hunger will pass and to stick to a strict diet. So many times I’ve had a situation come up and Lukasz has been incredible about responding so quickly! The community is like nothing I have ever experienced. I have peers who are invested in my success and actually support me. Also, there are so many online courses to take to help grow my knowledge and skills, not to mention the online calls we have. For the first time, I genuinely feel like I CAN achieve my goals and that I have people that will help me get there the right way!
