I have learned much more than nutrition and exercise during my time in the Vegan Superhero Academy. Understanding mindset shifts, time management, self appreciation and worthiness, and the power of community have been surprise bonuses as a result of my time spent in this program. The help and support of my Coach, Lukasz, has been pivotal in my mindset shifts and gains in all these areas. He is patient, professional but also willing to tackle difficult subjects and my growth has benefited as a result. He is also very well rounded as an individual, and has a relentless drive to see others succeed. He sets exciting goals for himself and leads by example. He is truly a pleasure to work with and is a valuable part of The Vegan Gym. Additionally, the company founders, other amazing coaches, and rockstar support staff have been an equal high quality of people and are a joy to interact with. Many times VSA feels much more like a loving voluntary family and community than I ever anticipated and should you ever take this step for yourself I can guarantee you will thank yourself for investing in your future.

Arman had been very knowledgeable and supportive throughout this process. I've enjoyed the process, the community and the academy. This is just what I needed to get my vegan diet and my weight on the same page.

I have the pleasure of working with Coach Lukasz Rafacz, and I must say it has been an absolute game-changer for my fitness journey. There are Team meetings and Master Classes, as well as, challenges and many other things to do to be fully immersed in the program. Motivation and Support: Coach Lukasz is a true motivator. He keeps me inspired and on track with my fitness goals. His positive and encouraging attitude is infectious, making you believe in yourself and your potential. Even on days when I may feel discouraged or unmotivated, He know just how to push you to keep going and give your best effort. Results-Oriented: VSA’s ultimate goal is to help you achieve the results you desire. They are fully invested in your progress and will celebrate your victories along the way. All the coaches are amazing and the community of other like minded people are great! From the front of the house to the back this company has integrity and a genuine love to help you succeed. I have been working with the Vegan Superhero Academy for about 3 months, specifically working with coach Mislav. He brings a wealth of knowledge, including a strong rowing background (my workout of choice), extensive strength training, vegan nutrition, and formal education in human psychology. He understands what it means to be human, is supportive when I don't meet my weekly goals, and holds me accountable for all that I am supposed to do. I have had awesome results in the first three months, and I recently committed to an additional year. I am very excited to see where this journey takes me!

Everything was great from beginning to end. Coach Arman was always available when needed and provided many valuable resources in helping me reach my goals. Like anything, you will get out of the VSA what you put into it. What makes VSA unique is you have a coach and community encouraging you to put more into it.

I’ve been on VSA for about four months and this is more than just transforming your physique…you are gaining knowledge and mental endurance. Coach Arman will push you to your limits! His motivation is beyond surreal and generally cares how to achieve your goal(s). I knew I wanted to continue with the program and it’s the best decision I’ve made. I joined VSA 3 months ago. I am a healthy 74 yr old woman who wants to stay healthy. I want to prevent getting old and frail. I have always exercised and have been eating only whole foods for the past several years but recently came to the conclusion that I really didn't have a consistent work out schedule. I needed to learn how to work out with weights. It was always just hit or miss. I needed help to formulate a plan that would help me with my long term goals. I was so lucky to be teamed up with coach James! Right from the start I knew he was the one who could help me. I loved his attitude, his style and his laugh! He gave me a plan that was perfect for me and one that I could grow into. Coach James worked with me, taught me how and when to increases my weights which I never knew how to do before. If I had "issues" he was patient with me and provided the guidance I needed. I am much stronger now and even have some muscle on this 74 year old body! All in all, my experience in VSA has been great...however, I really feel my success has been because of Coach James....

The Vegan Superhero Academy (VSA) is literally a game changer! (Oh, go look up the documentary "The Game Changers", it's what brought me here in the first place). I dabbled in Meatless Mondays and enjoyed the occasional spicy black bean burger from time to time, but I wasn't even close to being a vegan. When my weight started creeping up while my energy level dropped due to a deadly combo of aging and achy joints and too much sedentary traveling, I knew I needed a change. I joined VSA, got matched (rather than randomly assigned) with a coach who understood me and my needs, and three months later...I've lost weight (which might be enough alone for some people), my joints don't ache like they used to, and I feel stronger and better overall. I'm enjoying learning more about veganism, and the interaction with my coach, other coaches within VSA, and my teammates. The team calls and social media aspect makes it fun and being encouraged by others is meaningful. The meal plans are full of delicious food and learning how to batch prepare meals makes me prepared for...when I'm not. As a new vegan, the guidance and meal plans have been just what I needed, and for experienced vegans, you're probably still going to learn a few new things. I'm fast approaching my 63rd birthday, so I am living proof that you can teach an old dog new tricks! I only wish I'd tried this 10 years sooner!
