The Vegan Superhero Academy is the best tool to have if you need and want help reaching your vegan nutrition and or body goals. The amount of information given and attention to detail is abundant in this program. There is an active Facebook group, informational group calls, 1 on 1 zoom meetings with your coaches, learning modules, and much much more. It is clear that the coaches(shout out to coach Arman!!!) really care about their clients and are passionate in making sure that they have everything necessary to succeed. You do get out what you put into the program. It is not a magic pill but a process. Be ready to commit and work hard because you are investing in yourself. I 100% recommend this program!

I decided to sign up for a three month trial of VSA.  My initial goals were geared towards creating a daily focus on improving my overall health by concentrating on my diet and weight training.  At 62 years old, I had goals based on numbers, but instead of my waist measurements and the size of my biceps, I needed to reduce my high cholesterol and high blood pressure numbers.  After 3 months VSA exceeded my expectations on all counts.  At the end of the trial, my physical with my doctor showed I had reduced my Cholesterol from 288 to 177 and my blood pressure from 148/95 to 117/76.  I went from facing a lifetime of taking pharmaceuticals in order to attempt to reduce life threatening health numbers to instead sustaining “normal” health numbers that will allow me to live a healthy life for years to come. Oh yeah, I also lost 16 pounds.  Needless to say, I signed up for another 12 months of VSA. How did I achieve the above results?  VSA.  It takes a commitment by me to “put the work in” but with Coach Ruari’s help I had a plan to follow.  It is said, “If you don’t know where you are going you will never get there”.  Coach Ruari and I created the path while the entire VSA community helped support my journey to follow and stay on it.  Coach Ruari has taken the time to get to know me so he can use his extensive knowledge on weight training and nutrition to establish a plan for me to follow while consistently checking in with me on my progress. If we decide we need to make a change then he readjusts our course plan.  I travel a lot for business and often we have figured out what fitness equipment would be available on my trips so we can adjust my workouts to match it.  I was a vegan before I joined VSA but through Coach Ruari and the VSA community’s help I have learned how to plan what I eat to achieve all of the above goals.  The great part is it is not just your relationship with your coach but your have the support of the entire VSA Community through access to constant communication with it if you choose to use it. If you are considering joining VSA then here is what I can offer based on my experience: • I am glad I did it because I didn’t have the knowledge or experience to do it on my own. Now I do • Getting started was easy.  You answer a bunch of questions so they can learn your history and your goals.  The initial onboarding call with Co-Founder Anders was great and being matched with Coach Ruari was quick, as was getting my VSA nutritional and exercise plan created specifically for me. • It works, because everything is tailored to achieve your personal goals and they work daily to make sure you have the support you need to achieve those goals, whether you are trying to become an Olympic athlete or improve your health to spend years running around with your grandkids. • There is no better option to improving your health if you are interested in being or are already a vegan, I’ve looked, and my above experiences prove it.

This program has been truly life changing! As a chronic yo-yo dieter and over-exerciser for many years, I was definitely very skeptical at first. I didn’t see how just 90 days could give me any kind of lasting results. I’ve never been happier to be proven wrong. There’s a wide range of continuous knowledge available and such amazing support from the coaches and community. The program is tailored to your own personal fitness and nutritional goals and I was paired with a phenomenal coach who helped me reach those goals. Coach Lukasz was so supportive and encouraging every step of the way. He really listened to how I was feeling, any struggles I was having, helped me celebrate all my wins, and made my experience so enjoyable. He explained any adjustments we made to my plan during my time in VSA, as well as how I should move forward after VSA. I put aside everything I thought I knew about fitness, putting all my trust into what he said, and the results were amazing. I can honestly say I’ve never felt this good mentally or physically. Once you truly understand how to fuel and train your body, you know that you could never go back to any other way. To think that I actually eat more and workout less is mind blowing! I would highly encourage anyone ready to truly commit to a healthier way of living to join this program and give it your all. I feel this investment in myself has been worth every penny and I would do it all over in a heartbeat!

I have had the most incredible experience working with Coach Lukasz and VSA! From day one, Lukasz has been nothing but encouraging, supportive, and helpful throughout my fitness journey. I hesitate to use the term "life-changing" but this program has absolutely changed my life. I'm a 58 year old woman and I never really tried to transform my body, work out with weights, etc. until I joined VSA. I've been a member for 3 months and just signed up for another year. I have made progress I never thought possible. My coach, Arman, is wonderful. He developed a fitness program and meal plan specifically for me and has made changes as I progressed and needed or wanted to change something. I can contact him and get any advice or information I need and he is always there for me. In fact, it is suggested that more interaction with your coach is better. Arman (and all the coaches) honestly want you to succeed. They are really invested in your goals and are right there with you every step. I don't have to research or worry if I'm doing something right. It's all done for me. I just have to work the program and trust the process. And I can't say enough about the community. It's the most supportive group I've ever been involved with. There is no judgement, only positive uplifting interaction. You can be as involved as you like but I promise, you will want to be a part of the groups and multiple Team and VSA Zoom calls. You can really learn a lot if you participate. Lastly, I will say that not only have I changed (and continue to change) physically, but mentally I feel like a different person. I'm more confident and optimistic about all aspects of my life. And, I get to do all this AND maintain my vegan lifestyle! What a deal! I highly recommend VSA to anyone who is ready to change their life.

I am a true believer that you get out what you put in. There is no greater testimony than my experience with VSA. Starting in August of 2022 weighing around 175 lbs to December of 2022 weighing around 145 lbs is my story. Following the specialized nutritional plan and fitness training program offered set me in motion for a journey of health and wellness. Each person is set up with a coach who is dedicated to seeing you succeed. They are deeply involved with each aspect of your journey. You choose to the depth you are involved. VSA Has a huge online presence via Facebook. From multiple weekly meeting to “Team” devoted pages, VSA seems to always be online. The online encouragement is huge if you put yourself out there. I would highly, highly recommend any vegan seeking to get in shape to consider this program. It has been life changing!

I can confidently say that working with Vegan Superhero Academy (VSA) has been an absolute game-changer in my fitness and health journey. I have been with VSA almost 2 months. In that short time, I have lost 12 pounds, and have gained fitness. I have never experienced this success with any other fitness or healthy eating program. This will be the last one I join because it will stick! I'm working with Coach Andrew who has not only helped me transform my body but also helped me cultivate a more positive mindset.
