Lukasz is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. All the people at VSA have been really straightforward, encouraging and helpful, but Lukasz especially gets it! I'm enjoying success way more quickly than I thought I would!

I absolutely loved working with Coach Megan during my time in VSA. She is so organized, which really helped me juggle VSA with my busy life as a corporate lawyer. I lost nearly 10 lbs during my time in VSA and learned how to make working out a part of my weekly routine, even in the busiest of times. And I loved how Coach Megan would check in with me about my goals and progress over text at least once a week. Having that connection and being able to work with someone so positive and thoughtful was one of the highlights of my experience! Another highlight was learning different tips and tricks to make eating healthy and working out everyday habits. I learned I’m never too busy to get some movement in my day, and that is a lesson for a lifetime.

After trying to go vegan a few times before with no success, an ad about vegan macros popped up on my feed, talking about a custom plan just for me. A phone call with Elke later, I was sold. Thanks to the work of amazing coaches, including but not limited to weekly coaching calls, personalized meal and exercise plans as promised, and online workshops, I finally have a healthy relationship with food, view working out as something that makes me feel good as opposed to punishment, and am more comfortable in my body, which was the goal. If I could afford to continue my membership and pay for school I would. But I WILL be back. Thank you Leif and Anders for forming this amazing group.

I have been in the Vegan Superhero Academy for a year now, working with Coach Chiara Squinzi. I can only say that the program is amazing and Chiara is an invaluable coach: she immediately understood my eating disorders. She helped me overcome problems I had accumulated in the past 10 years. My period came back regularly (I am 42), my nutrition is balanced, cravings gone away and I now know how to listen to and understand my body. These months have changed my life completely. I am now on a new career path, conscious I can do that, In the same way I did lift 100kg for my deadlift. Thank you Chiara and all the VSA tribe!

This was the single greatest decision I ever made. I was in a tough spot, personally. Working 12+ hours a day, sleeping 4 hours a night, eating bad food until I joined the Vegan Academy. It’s amazing what changes can be made when you simply prioritize what’s going into your body. Majority of progress is made in the kitchen and working with Andrew truly changed the trajectory of my life. The best part is that he was so realistic for me. There were still things I wanted to eat/drink and so we found healthy ways to incorporate them into my life. Hardest part is when you get rid of things you love cold turkey. That’s hard to sustain. Andrew helped me create a sustainable lifestyle and I lost almost 40 pounds by doing so, but most importantly learned how to be healthy. I work less, sleep more, get more steps and consume almost 3X the protein I was getting before. Props to this gym for showing vegans and the rest of the world that we are just as capable of consuming protein & building muscle as everyone else; there’s just a right way to do it. Thank you Vegan Academy and more importantly, Andrew! Appreciate you

Working with Coach Gergo Jonas has been more than I could hope for. I have gained strength and I am beginning to see change in my body. I did not see fast weight loss which of course frustrated me but he didn’t ever seem bothered. He reminded me over and over to trust the process. He would ask me “ if you lost weight, what will it change”? My answer was “I’d be happy” and his reply was “ can’t you be happy now? This helped me more than anyone can realize. It is my choice to be happy. My workouts will continue whether I lose weight or not. This mindset also helped me to see my weightlifting and exercise is not a program with an end date but is now a part of my daily life. Thanks you Coach Gergo for helping me so much.

My year with The Vegan Gym has been positively life-changing! The Vegan Gym Team and Coach Marc have helped me heal from a lifetime of dieting, binging, poor eating habits, and hating my workouts. I won’t lie and say it was easy, or that I didn’t have to work for it, but because of their excellent coaching and thorough nutritional education it was painless, and now I have the tools to stay healthy and improve fitness. The support system The Vegan Gym provides is top-tier and personalized to meet each participants’s individual needs. They truly care about their clients and want to help everyone succeed.

The Vegan Gym has been a great experience for me. I am 64 and have struggled with being obese/overweight my entire life. I had short term success with many diets but none were sustainable. I started eating a WFPB diet 10 years ago. This started as another attempt to lose weight but as I learned about the health, environmental and animal welfare benefits I have wholeheartedly embraced this lifestyle. However, I was still fat. I assumed it was something I was doing wrong. A big shout out to Joey Troxel (plantbaseddads) who was brave enough to share in a YouTube video that he was struggling with weight loss and making a change. This was when I learned about The Vegan Gym! I was hesitant to make the commitment and spend the money on what I feared would ultimately be another failure. I am very happy to say that has not been the case. I have steadily lost weight in the past 7 months (25+lbs) even when traveling overseas, a 2-month camping trip and visiting family! With Coach Marc’s guidance, compassion, experience and encouragement, I am becoming leaner and more fit. The weekly coaching calls keep me on track, physically, mentally and emotionally. The resources made available are phenomenal! Without hesitation, I can say this is one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. It’s not easy but it IS worth the time, money and effort!
