I put my order in nearly three weeks ago and so far, I don't think it has even shipped. Nearly a week ago, I sent an email inquiring about it and was told that the product was available and would be shipped shortly, but I have not received notice about shipment yet. In the meantime, I ordered the same product from a different company and it arrived within a few days.

We have used this store on many occasions. The prices are fair, the selection is great and the shipping, even across the country, is fast.

I did not receive the product and it’s hard to get in touch with anyone for help. The website chat service does not seem to work. Horrible experience will never shop here again!
