The papaya leaf extract seems to be helping keep my husband's platelet levels up, and that's great. But the packaging could be much better. The product box had been shipped in a bubble wrap envelope and was very mushed. The top plastic was half torn away and the dosage cup was broken. Luckily we still had the dosage cup from a previous bottle. Please do better. thanks

We purchased Trikata, Triphala and Guduchi powders. The price is higher compared to other companies. And there is no expiration date on the packets. We don’t know when it was manufactured and when till will be going to expire.

My entire shipment was delayed, due to one item being out of stock. TVS never contacted me regarding the delay, even after its status was 'paid in full' and 'unfulfilled' on the orders page of their site. I used the "preferred" method of email to reach out, and received no reply. I found a courteous employee on the phone when I contacted them two days later. He let me know the missing item had been received by the warehouse, but could not be sent out for another two days. The package arrived a few days afterward.

NEED TO SHIP IN BETTER BOXES I ORDERED 4 BOTTLES AND THE WAY THEY SENT THEM 1 BOTTLE WAS CRACKED ON THE END AND THE JUICE WAS ALL OVER. I SENT AN E-MAIL THEN THEY ASKED FOR PICS AND I SENT THEM PICS AND NEVER HEARD ANOTHER WORD FROM THEM.
