I’m missing a significant amount of my order. I ordered 2 boxes and received 2 pieces instead. I paid the 200+ dollars for 2 full boxes of my favorite vape. This has never happened before so I’m sad.

Purchased two boxes of 10 vapes each. I was lucky to get two out of the 20 pieces to work. Never again. I am done spending my money with them. This happens on every shipment no matter the brand.

I ordered 200 dollars worth of product. They sent me half of the quantity i ordered and not even the correct products! When i finally got in touch with them they said i could either buy those instead or send it back to get my refund because they were out of stock with what i ordered and i would have to wait 30 days if i wanted it. With further contact with them they started arguing with me about getting my refund back. I waited days for the wrong products to show, then they wanted me to wait days to get a piece of paper and wait more days to send the wrong product back just to get my full refund. They are not a willing company to fix any issues or mistakes that they make.

My package was never delivered after the tracking claimed it got delivered and signed for. I called and thats all y'all and the USPS have to say when I talked to the mail carrier he said there was neber a package for me the day it says it got delivered. So I'm basically out of $100.
