I didn't know I had to be home to sign for the package. Other companies leave it in the mailbox. Now I have to figure out when to go to the post office that is only open the same hours that I work.

4 of my vape are acting weird they won't charge and two of them won't hit unless you hit it really hard I wish they were working good

I emailed them weeks ago and got no response. This was my previous review: Shipping was fast Shipping was fast. I am a repeat buyer. Got a "free unit" ( Air bar Lux- watermelon apple ice flavor) but it didn't work. Some juice had leaked out of package. All other Brands and flavors are fine. They told me to email them but I got no response. It is almost time for me to order again. I have not yet decided if I will remain a customer. Update to previous order: 2 of them only worked for a day. I know I bought some on clearance, but I do expect them to work as they should. Sara Weidemeyer

Made a purchase of $255 on Feb 28th. I used my online points that I have accrued over the last year and a half to reduce the price, as per their own website. This dropped the price to $43 so I made the purchase. Apparently they didnt like this because 2 days later they called and left me a voicemail to call them back in which I did. When I called it went to voicemail amedialty where I was told their "inbox" was full and I couldnt leave a message. I called 2 other times, same result. I texted them as well, no responce. I filled a dispute with my bank after they did not ship anything to me and kept the $43. Its now April10 with no package delivered and no refund. thevaporsworld.com

Why did you send my package so I have to sign for it this time? You never have before. They have always left it on my door step. I have a radio show and I am going to let everyone know about 'Vape World' and it's not gonna be good.

i am just now opening some of my whiff vapes i ordered i ordered a total of 3 boxes and they are all fake! i spent a total of $276 and i am very upset that these are fake and always they are broken!!! as soon as i opened the first two the tops came right off and you can tell just by looking at these that they are not legit i’ve been smoking whiffs for almost two years the site i usually order them from was out of the flavor i like so i took the chance to order from y’all and then i get scammed!!!

Two out of three items dead on arrival (DOA), sent messages, emails, called phone, no answer no response no support, not happy not good, someone apparently is selling and shipping the items, but when there is an issue, no one to be found. I waited days before writing this review, plenty of opportunity to fix the issue, stay away or take your chances.
