I have purchased vapes for years from this company. They have grown into a larger business but with that came really poor customer service. There is no one to reach if you’re having trouble with their site or having difficulty with a coupon. They have a messaging system but you get a response 3 days later with zero problem solving resolutions. This would be my only complaint. Hopefully they work on better customer service.

Bought a few different brands to try. Half my elf bars were fine, other half either didn’t at all, no flavor, or tasted burnt after the first day. Supreme ones are garbage. The Hitt Ace puffs are absolutely disgusting. Bought 5 different flavors. Every single one was beyond bad. Plus some of those leaked juice everywhere before they were even opened. Oh the Bling ones are trash too.

One of the vapes came faulty. The BBz Rainbow bomb.

Mood time 1200 vapes have NO flavor.

I had a coupon by one get one. Coupon said applied. I didn't receive anything free. 😭 I would of used a 29 percent off if I would of known.

I love the range of products that they carry and the prices are great! I’ve yet to receive my package that is why I’m only giving 3 stars.

I do like ordering for them because they have what I like. I wouldn't give them four or five stars because the orders take too long to be filled. Sometimes the vapes come but don't work. They're old or stale. I order 10 vapes at a time and I can bet on one to two not working right. Especially this last box of five had three duds. Which is unusual. And a pain to send back. So I just deal with it as of now. But if it continues to happen I'll have to find someone else. I just deal with it sometimes.

Only get 3stars since 1 of 3vapes i ordered didnt work,was a dud.i did like how quick order was filled and shipped out.also have good variety of flavors and brands
