I haven’t received my order

I ordered a box of Bomb Lux disposables. The box was opened and 9 out of 10 were either leaking or not working. I emailed the company with pictures and never got a response.

I love the convenience of shopping online however I've been purchasing the boxes of Orjoy Fumes Unlimited and in every delivery I get at least one defective and now with this last purchase I received 3 defective vapes. 1 doesn't turn off when puffing and the other 2 don't take a charge the box brings 5 so 3 out of 5 are defective.

Took my money, never shipped product, quit responding to email. My next step is a complaint for theft through BBB.

I'm sure they will take it down due to negative exposure. But for those that see it in time BEWARE I ordered three HQD vapes from this shop and all 3 were counterfeits that were shipped to me. I do have all the proof as well. Same boxes that they were shipped in but when I scanned the qr code on HQDs site to check for counterfeits it came back as an illegal product. Writing this in hopes that others see it. They've also declined to respond to messages or process my refund. Best of luck to those that buy from them.

You sent two vapes which were burnt. Won’t be buying from you anymore

Ordering process was fantastic. Got my tracking number. Somehow 4 hours before the label was printed which hit me a little funny. Have had no progress as far as movement from USPS on the tracking number. They haven't received it still from last Friday. Have emailed the company with no response. Communication is key. Maybe it's just a strange happenstance. However, communication on the status would be nice.

I ordered my geek vape and a few other things at the beginning of the month and it still has not been mailed! I need to speak with someone immediately!
