I ordered a specific vape with a specific amount of puffs. I order them exactly how I want them based on size and flavor. I didn’t get what I ordered. Yes I got the same brand with more puffs but I wanted what I ordered for a reason. And even though the flavor is supposed to be the same it isn’t in the one with more puffs.

I’ve made SO many orders from y'all and the last order you gave me a vape I did not order. And I just recently made an order and informed you guys that IN THE NOTES that’s on the invoice. Not cool at all. I wanted fruit frenzy dummy vape and y’all gave me fizzy lemon and I tried to like it but it’s hot garbage. Literally tastes freakin cleaning products. You guys have my email and my number to try and rectify the situation and you basically ignored me.

I got a pack of 10 vapes and 7 of it was not working and they were burned. Total a scam

Every vape I got was either burnt, didn't work, or tasted funky all together. I was so excited about my order, I only hope they will let me replace my order, or refund me. I ordered 12 vapes but I now know to be more careful of clearance prices! Hard to know if there's a reason they are so cheap. Unfortunately not one of the vapes I ordered were usable. :( I'm hoping if I order brands I know or go by the reviews, I may have better luck next time. :-/

I received the wrong product. I emailed the sales department and am currently waiting for a response.

I have not received my order yet. It says on Usps site label created 4 days ago and it has not been sent to me yet. An you please send it.

They do not refund or resend items that are leaking or damaged. I have sent emails, text and made phone calls. Scam

I never received anything. But the post office claims someone signed for the package even though I live alone. I wish you guys used somebody else besides usps
