Ordered a Fortnite back back and it never showed. Customer Service is a recording and says to leave a message but just keeps repeating. No way to look up your order on their website. Do not buy from this site

I ordered something from this website on 7/26/18 and still have not received it. The site said it could take up to 3 weeks to receive it and it’s been a month now. I contacted customer service after 3 weeks and said I wanted a refund but they told me they’d look into it. That was a week ago now and no other response.
