Ordered 2 fort nite hoodie’s and paid extra for express shipping, 2 weeks later nothing, I did email them and got an email that said they refunded my money and haven’t seen a refund yet! No explanation on why!!! I have 2 disappointed kids !

i ordered a fornite backpack for my son august 4 and still havent recieved any information on when itll be here or where it might be such BS that i paid that much for a bag and nothing yet. ive wrote numerous times to this company ive called and nothing ugh zero stars

Ordered 2 Fortnite backpacks and 1 pencil pouch the 16th of August. After numerous messages I've only received shipping confirmation for the backpacks and no info at all about the pencil pouch still haven't received anything. For me this company shouldn't even exist.....

Ordered a fortnite bookbag and it took almost 2 months to receive after sending numerous messages and hounding them about not receiving it! They eventually stopped responding to my messages at all. Then the zipper broke off after only 3 days of use! Tried to contact them to get it resolved and of course they won't respond to messages or emails. Phone number doesn't work! So I'm out $30 and I still have to buy another bookbag.

Do not order from these crooks. I ordered the backpack early August. Still nothing. No place to contact. Email gets rejected and phone is out of service. I was told they were looking into it. Then nothing. I get some bogus tracking number from China.
