I ordered a set of sconces in August, and they finally arrived six weeks later. They are a completely different product from what I ordered. The lights are ugly and lack details that I expected (cord cover, hinge details, finish), but customer service insists I should be happy with them because they're "an upgrade." I'm having to jump through hoops and pay for shipping to start a return. It APPEARS you're ordering a nice product for a decent price - but you have no idea what they'll actually be sending you more than a month later. Do business with a reputable store where you're guaranteed to receive the product you've ordered, or who will at least make it right if you don't.

I ordered a sconce back in mid-May hoping it would arrive by June 1st when our electrician was coming. It still has not arrived. I've had numerous back and forth emails with what sounds like Robots...very polite! NO Resolution on the horizon. Their site appears legit but BEWARE they do not have the customer's best interest in mind. If it was not in stock and I had to wait a month or more to receive it, it should have been clear from the start.

Terrible customer service. I’ve been trying to return a pair of lamps for three weeks and I cannot get any instructions from Top Lamp. This is highly unusual and unprofessional.

DONT buy from this company. This is a scam. I purchased a ceiling light and it arrived broken. I have emailed several times to refund and no one responds. Their return policy is impossible and is a set up for the consumer being stuck with the cost ***even if the item is broken. From the web page pertaining to a broken or defective item: "Damaged Returned Items: While returning an item, ensure it is properly packaged. Refunds cannot be issued for damaged returns. If damage occurs during return shipping, we advise filing a claim with the carrier and notifying us within 14 days of damage." HUH???? Refunds cannot be issued for damaged returns. This is insane business practice. I will be filing a claim with my credit card company and I hope they back me up while this company hides in China.
