First, if I could, I would give 100 stars rather than only 5 stars. Working with Nick, totally awesome . Nicolas was exceptional to work with. I was sent an unworn watch that had a glitchy second hand motion. Without question, Nicolas developed several different proposals to resolve the issue. I ended up shipping the watch back and trading it out for a different piece. This is the only place that I will buy 2nd hand pieces from. Their commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is amazing.

Jimmy and his team are class acts. There watches are always real, unworn mostly and never out of balance full set wise. They go above and beyond. I recently ordered a 2022 Panda, but received a 2023 Panda. I was surprised and mentioned it, his response....."we wanted to surprise you"...thats #1 customer service.
