The ring is absolutely awesome, but I’m afraid it came a half sized too big and I really just don’t want to deal with the exchange process given how long it took me to get the ring in the first place

We purchased a compass necklace as a gift for my niece. She loved it...when it finally arrived! Buyer beware of shipping time. Despite our due diligence to determine if this was a US based company and set reasonable expectations for delivery time, this item turned out to not be coming from within the US. ITEMS ARE SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY which caused delays for our order. We ordered on Aug. 24th and delivery was not completed until Sept. 10. Despite allowing for the noted 3 - 8 business days for the package "to arrive", after 10 business days the package tracking sat idle for 5 days when I reached out to get an update. All I got was "If the package doesn’t arrive shortly, we’ll be happy to open a case with the carrier." My inquiry was clear that I was asking for some type of investigation to occur as the quoted time to deliver had passed. It was only at this time that I was told the delay could be due to customs clearance which was a complete surprise as I was under the impression this was a US company with goods sourced inside the US. Telling me the package was "within the promised delivery timeframe," which it was not, was not helpful and unappreciated.

Pendant was not on the chain and chain won’t pass through the pedant bail opening, so I’ll have to take it to a local jeweler and have the opening drilled out or chain clasp removed.

Cool design. Although, my received ring lacked a bit of details that were shown on the website. The letters on the cross were not complete. Also expected it to have a silver stamp ,925 but it didn't.
