Based upon my experience the quality of the merchandise was very good. I purchased a necklace with a pendant along with a ring. Both are silver. The detail of the pendant was excellent. In addition, the customer service is very good. I had to exchange one of the items and they promptly addressed it. I will be making additional purchases with The SWAF.

I spent many month surfing the web to find just the right ring for my desires, and now found it on your website. I was soo blown away by the exquisite details. When seen through a looking glass they are clear enough to blow up into a huge picture and still look genuine. The craftsmanship truly is extraordinary. I wanted a memory of the antique era of Greece so that every time I look at it, I am transported back to this part of the world that holds so much magic. This ring gets the Oscar for doing just that. I LOVE IT!! Not gaudy, like some cheap bangle, but subtle, antique-like, and radiating great vibes. It will stay on my finger for the rest of time!! If anyone should comment on it, I will certainly tell them where it came from. Thanks once again for adding something positive to my life!! Eric Brown

This is real craftmensship i bought two earings they are beautifull and very well made. The first shipment went wrong but the second was very well guided by Swaff and they kept me posted great customs good work!!

I fell in love with the design and concept but once I put on the earrings the weight of itself did not allow the angel and demon to sit right. Their supose to look as if they are whispering in my ear but they lay flat due to the weight. Hopefully you can get the fitment and appearance you want but very disappointed I won't be able to wear them

The SWAF deserves 10 stars. I had to order a gift last minute knowing there was chance I would not get it in time. Karim informed me the item was being made in and shipped from Turkey and the odds were slim. They made every effort to try and make it arrive on short notice. Very helpful and responsive to my requests. I would not hesitate to order from them again. Thank you for your efforts.

Really nice bracelet…fine details, nice oxidized finish, good clasp. Will be a repeat buyer.
