What made my experience great at The Suit Depot is the fact that I received quality merchandise at a great price. I have compared the price/ quality at other retailers, but the truth is the fact that The Suit Depot beats all other retailers in the area with prices/ quality of merchandise. For this reason, I don’t shop anywhere else but The Suit Depot. Keep up the great work ? You are doing a fantastic job with great service.

Over 24 hours since purchase, only label created. Website and inventory not working together.

I'm very sorry this happened, and you are right to be frustrated. We are investigating how this occurred, as it does not align with our commitment to ship orders placed before 2 PM EST on business days the same day. As a gesture of goodwill, we have credited your account for the full shipping cost. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
