Hi Frank, Thank you for taking my call earlier today, and I also want to sincerely apologize for the delay in getting back to you. Based on the price range and the description of the pants we discussed, at the moment the available options we have are the same Bluejacket pants in both 36W and 40W. Given your feedback on the fit of the original pair, I initially aimed to move just one size up to help keep the closest possible fit. At this point, could you please let me know if you would be open to trying the 40W, or if you would prefer to proceed with a return for a full refund? I’m happy to support whichever option works best for you and ensure we resolve this quickly. Looking forward to your reply. Best regards, Toni

Thanks for sharing this — really glad to hear the ordering process was smooth for you. We also appreciate your thoughts on the linen suit as well. Linen naturally wrinkles more than other fabrics, but we hear you and will keep this in mind for future improvements.

Hi there, I'm so sorry about that. We had previously offered a 10% discount online for customers who signed up for our newsletter, but that promotion ended some time ago. That said, we do honor our online discounts in-store as well. I took a look at your account and saw that you've been a great customer, so I've gone ahead and added a $75 store credit to your account. Thank you for your continued support, and please let me know if there's anything else I can help with. Best, Mike
