I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus online. No email link was sent to my account with a link as promised; the online chat service refused to work and (a day later) still no contact from them. I'll register this as a complaint with my account holder because The Software Hub is either a complete fraud or they're 'going Boeing'. Don't touch these people with someone else's bargepole...

I would have given no star if possible this is the worst service I have seen the support tickets don't get answered the email address just bounce back as "not known" the so called good reviews ! Obviously fake paid for product key not arrived like "good" reviews say immediately joke service don't use stay clear although only small amount they are still making money off people also you will have to get your bank to stop the REOCCURRING PAYMENTS they set up big scam artists avoid avoid avoid

Fake, the product keys never arrive and you receive no response when to try to contact them. Also, checking their website and most of the links dont work, Avoid!!

I purchased a product key, which was sent promptly, but did not work, email address for support does not work, I have lost my money, and no way of resolving my issue, it must be a scam

DO NOT EVER buy from this ‘company.’ Absolute scam. I repeatedly asked for my money back after they failed to send me a product key for Microsoft Office for over a month. Eventually I had to approach my bank and report it as a scam. Utterly pathetic and unacceptable, massively unprofessional company and they can all get in the bin.

I ordered the Office 2021 Pro from Thesoftwarehub on Friday 8 March, but the confirmation email promised straight away never arrived. I sent a message immediately to the seller via their website but never received a response. The site says messages are normally responded to within minutes. The £8.99 was taken from my account, but still no software. I have sent another message to the seller today via their website but again no response from the seller! I would please like a full refund.

Scam website. Supplied license keys did not work. When I tried in touch the email did not work. From the gmail account I just got an automated email on activating by phone so I contacted Microsoft and they are not an authorised reseller. Thankfully not too much money down the drain. Avoid!

This appears to be a scam website. Instant email delivery of code resulted in no email and no code!
