I had problems right from the word GO, Couldn't get the file to download as Norton antivirus states the site to be unsecure. I downloaded the .img file anyway and found I couldn't open it. I got in touch with my concerns and asked for my money back. The softwarehub team were very fast in their replies and a good friend showed me a work-a-round and I got my download to work. I will recommend thesoftwarehub company to all of my friends and family. If you ever need cheap but good software this is the place to go. I am a very happy Silver Surfer now. This is NOT a scam. This company is genuine. I ordered a copy of MS Office 21 professional for the sum of £8.99 on Saturday 23rd March. I had read reviews on Trustpilot (positive and negative). I was a little undecided but went ahead because of the low price. I became concerned when I didn't receive an acknowledgement of payment or the expected email with the download details. I emailed the company explaining my concerns but, to be honest I didn't expect a reply. I did get an email the following day with the software download link and the software key. The even included very concise instructions including an alternative method of setting up the application. I chose to try the direct link downloaded the software input the key and bang MS office ready to go. I highly recommend using this company. Glyn

I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus. The confirmation email did not include the essential link to enable the download from Microsoft but it did provide the key. It is hard to find on the Microsoft web site because they want you to have Office 365. The team at Thesoftwarehub quickly assisted me and everything worked after that. They are a good and honest enterprise.

The KEY I was sent did not get accepted on the website mentioned, so I contacted support and they suggested I use 'Phone Activation' as many had success doing that. everything went as it should and I got Office Pro Plus 2021 activated and it works as designed. So glad I chose these guys and what a great price.

Purchased Microsoft office key and downloaded the programme. Had a bit of difficulty with the activation but by using the telephone option all fine. Really good value and the support is very helpful. I would recommend it to anyone with a bit of computer knowledge.

Initially I couldn't activate the key sent for Office 21. I followed the info on how to activate but had no luck. Support sent another key but that one didn't activate either. Eventually after a few days communicating with support they advised activating over the phone. I did this and my key activated straight away, so if you are still having issues activating do it over the phone ( it is an automated line). Truth be told I did have reservations when my key wouldn't activate but I kept communicating with support and they were very helpful and eventually resolved my issue. Speaking from personal experience this is not a scam, do like I did and use the telephone option if you are having issues.
