Total scam. Email never arrived and they don't respond to any requests for the code, or for a refund. Stay clear

I purchased office professional 2019, although no email received with the key and no reply to my emails or calls to chase this, a total con.

I bought Office 2021 Professional Plus on 22nd March. The key wouldn't work, tried installing by phone, that wouldn't work either, just got cut off at the end. Went on the web chat and was told I would get a refund. On 28th March I was told by email the refund is processing, please allow a few days, but nothing has arrived. They now won't return my emails or web chat. I've tried to leave a review on their website as that's where I looked at reviews, but they didn't post my review, and of course all reviews are good!

Thieves!!! Took my money, cloned my card and the software key never worked! Ignored all my messages. I had to change my bank account as well as my card as my bank said everything had been compromised by these scammers.
