I contacted this company to ask whether the covers would fit chesterfield sofas and as requested I sent a photo of the sofas. I was advised that the covers would fit so went head and ordered 2 covers. I waited for over 2 weeks for the covers to arrive; the following day I spent over 3 hours trying to fit one of them without success. I immediately contacted the company requesting the details of how to return te goods s there was no paperwork at all enclosed in the package. The company responded by advising me to watch the video of the fitting instructions. I responded saying that I had and that I wished to return the goods which did not fit and which I thought were unlikely to be waterproof as claimed. I was then offered a discount of 35% to keep or sell on the goods which I refused and again asked for details of how to return the covers. This was not forthcoming so I contacted the company to tell them that in view of their obstructiveness I was seeking to claim the money back via my bank. That was over 2 months ago and nothing so no doubt I will be continuing my dispute with this compny and no doubt my bank who said they would update me in 25 days. If I could rate this compny as zero I would - DO NOT ENTER INTO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Very unhelpful

Poor quality and hard to fit.

Cover didn't fit (even though I measured by their measuring guide), so I asked for a refund. Was offered 35% back. Refused. Was offered 50% back. No full refund offered. 14 day Refund policy is not upheld. Would not recommend. Product is very thin and stitching in places is duplicated, so lines of holes which will weaken material. Not happy with product at all.

Disappointed

My sofa cover was difficult to fit and looked really tatty , so I contacted the company and asked for a refund under their 14 day refund contact. They delayed facilitating this and repeated asked for me to accept a reduction and yet keep the covers. This I eventually did in frustration .
