AVOID, SCAMMER COMPANY. TrustPilot doesn't allow zero stars. Covers don't fit, despite ordering the correct sizes, stupid foam packers keep popping out and I hurt my back turning a 3 seater sofa upside down to tie the stupid cords underneath. Looks ugly, creases and loose fabric everywhere. Awful customer service, offered a 35% refund which I refused as I'm entitled to a full refund. Am currently sending my 6th email requesting refund. No return address, I guess they're based in China, where people don't have any rights.

Covers are poor quality and struggling to get a refund out of the company. Should have checked the reviews as company are clearly scammers

When trying to return it took 5 emails Over 5 days for the customer service to listen and provide a return. I would not purchase from here again

Covers were a poor fit . Won't accept them back and only offering a partial refund. Not recommended .

The size was too small. No problem there. However, it was a NIGHTMARE to return the item. They tried every trick in the book to make it as difficult to return the item as possible. It had to be disputed and I'm still waiting for a refund.

Awful customer service and poor product, do not waste your money! The Cover I ordered does not fit despite checking the measurements prior yo ordering. They send white foam pieces which are supposed to hold the cover in place but they do not work and pop out. Basically you just get a very overpriced piece of cheap fabric with some ties and some totally useless pieces of foam. I have contacted them multiple times to return the product and they just say they can't offer a refund. Absolutely terrible customer service!

AVOID! Didn’t realise the product is shipped from outside U.K. so delivery was lengthy. Terrible cheap fabric, doesn’t fit, colour not accurately represented. Cost £24 to return to China. No contact from company since product returned so awaiting refund and out of pocket for postage! AVOID
