I ordered covers for a leather armchair and sofa. I tried the armchair. Long struggle to get rid of slack. Lower part was still too slack even with covering over the feet which are a feature, so looks stupid! My dog sheds hair and it sticks to this fabric like glue so I would spend all day hoovering or washing them just to get it off. Knowing how long it took to get the armchair one on, I didn't unpack the sofa cover as would be same scenario and wasn't worth it. Tried to get a refund the same day they arrived. Got the same 35% refund offer and I can keep the covers, gift them or donate them to avoid paying postage myself, what??? Didn't realise they were based in China at first either. The fact they have no contact address other than email on their website is poor and something I will be wary of before ordering goods next time. Latest is I have been offered 50% refund which I refused. If it goes to form , that will be the last I hear from them then. Outrageous! Update, 09.05.21,they offered me a 70% refund which I reluctantly took to save wasting any more time. The same day it was refunded, my account got scammed for £600 worth of online goods using my card details, coincidence or what? Luckily my bank was on the ball and stopped it!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. This company is a scam avoid them at all costs. The covers are cheap and nasty. I asked to return them.. heard nothing back. I messaged on Facebook asking for their customer service number and they blocked me! The only time they responded was when I got paypal involved. They then tried to fob me off with a percentage of my refund. I told them I wanted a full refund and they came back with a hight percentage of refund (not full) they want you to accept a part refund and keep their awful covers. Thankfully I escalated it with PayPal and within a few hours paypal have refunded me the full money.

I have a brand new sofa and have a son with epilepsy. I have had to dispose of a sofa as when he has seizures he can lose control of his bowels. I need to protect my sofa so sought to find 100% waterproof covers. I looked around a lot of companies and I checked the advert for the sofa cover house. Advert looked great, 14 day money back guarantee....style wasn't what I wanted but it was the best of the bunch. I didn't want to cover my sofa, it was a medical necessity and therefore paid £98.82 for 2 100% waterproof covers. Delivery was quite fast, i thought that's great. I opened the packaging and pulled the first cover out. It did not look waterproof in any way. I have bought a 2nd sofa which is leather so I tested the cover on that and dropped water on it. The cover was not WATERPROOF at all let alone 100% waterproof. I sent an immediate email stating they had breached consumer rights act and distance selling regulations. I have since received two emails offering me 35% and 50% refund. Absolutely disgusting, they have falsely advertised their goods, taken my money and also lied about the 14 day money back guarantee. I got some advise and was asked to ask them if they are a member or are willing to use an ADR scheme, (alternative dispute resolution,) scheme. As yet, no response. The matter has been passed to trading standards but as I paid on credit card, I cannot get help there as it is under £100.00. Basically if I do not get my money back it us up to me to go through the small claims process! This is simething i will absolutely do, i will invite any9ne to check these covers asnd cinfirm they are not WATERPROOF in any way and gave therefore been ripped off by tgis company. This company are a joke, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. they falsely advertise their goods. I will also say the covers look like something you could purchase 2 for £10 in a back street market, not £100 of goods. The only reason I put 1 star is because I couldn't do a review without putting something in. I would not have purchased from them if it was not for a medical need.

I saw this company advertise on Facebook and they looked pretty genuine and as though they were based in the UK - offering free delivery in the UK. Although i have 2 small 2-seaters sofas i ordered 2 one seater covers as their measurements showed that they would fit. Covers arrived within 2 weeks and i had a quick look and thought they would fit although rather badly made. I didn't fit them properly for another couple of weeks due to Christmas . Once i tried to fit them properly i decided they were too small so contacted the company. They first ignored my request for an exchange just saying that they couldn't refund due to the fact that 14 days had passed which wasn't what i had asked. I repeated my request for an exchange to larger covers and they emailed back to say that they could not longer deal with the UK following Brexit! As if China won't be dealing with the UK now! I have now contacted my bank hoping that they can help. I believe this company are also known as Cover My Sofa who have similar reviews. Next time i will look at Trust Pilot first. Lesson learned

Appalling customer service! Currently trying to get a refund as not satisfied with the product I ordered, I am still within the 14day money back garuntee time frame but customer service are doing everything possible to not give me a full refund as stated they will on their website. When I first emailed asking for the details to return the product they did not do this and I was offered a 35% refund, then when I asked again for the details I was offered a 50% refund, all I wanted is to return the product and get my full money back. Do not use this company unless you enjoy being messed around. I'm absolutely appalled!

This is a bogus company, they don’t deliver your purchase and then don’t reply to email. I have been burnt bad with a purchase from them like everyone else. Commenting on there FB posts - the just delete and block you. Don’t buy!!

Ordered from this company on 28th November. Their website doesn't have the usual poor spelling and grammar that would indicate they are a Chinese outfit, but make no mistake - although the business might be registered in France, and their T&Cs state in the small print that French law is applicable to all sales they make, their items are all made in and shipped from China. I have tried to make other buyers aware of this on the company's Facebook page, but they have deleted every post I made. There are good reasons why buyers do not want to buy from China, not least the poor quality, bad customer service, extensive delivery times and problems making returns. This company knows that, and tries to deceive customers that they are buying from the EU. Consumers should have the right to know where their goods will be coming from BEFORE they order, and companies like this take away that choice. My covers still haven't arrived - they were apparently dispatched on 1st December but only shipped from Shanghai on 10th December, so have obviously been sat in a warehouse somewhere for over a week. My advice to anyone considering buying is to look elsewhere - a company that has to deceive would-be customers to get a sale isn't a company that you should be giving your money to.

Placed an order, don't know where it is, no one replies to emails, I am moving house, so I probably won't receive it at all now. Useless service. Cant comment on the product as not received,
