Covers were a terrible fit and completely disapointing. Waste of time and money.

Very poor after-sales. Item was not as advertised - different colour shades (in some places totally different colours!) to what was displayed on website. Despite me being abundantly clear that this was not as advertised and that I wanted to return for a full refund I was continually swept aside with offers of discounts. I replied making it clear that I was not interested and that I wanted my money back but they simply ignored my requests and continued to offer a discount instead. Had to go to my credit card company to get my money back in the end.

Please do not buy from here as they are not good. I contacted them within 14 days to send me details so I could get my refund they did not come back to me and only came back to me after 14 days were done saying that I was too late for a refund. They will not refund you the money if you have to send it back . Beware they are a fraudulent company and only here to make money . No ethics only here to make money do not care about the customer and appalling service. Pathetic!

Beware, this company does not offer refunds! Instead they give you a discount code , meaning you have to spend more money with them if you product you ordered first time round isn't right. The first cover I ordered looks like a cheap imitation of what was on the website. I was given a 70% code instead of a refund so I bought another plain waterproof cover. Well, yesterday my toddler peed all over it and I can sadly confirm that it is definitely NOT waterproof. The pee soaked straight through onto the cushion below and through that into the base... I bought a cover which was allegedly waterproof to avoid this exact scenario. Complete waste of money, avoid at all costs!

The product was unsuitable. I requested a return label as instructed by your 14 day money back promise. This was the extreme frustration started. After 2 patronising emails asking if I knew how to install the covers and was I aware of what I ordered? Along came the discount offers to ask me to keep them. Thanks, but no thanks to 25%, 50%, 70% and finally 100% discount!!! I politely said at 50% I do not want your covers even if they were free!! After that as every email came a day later so it took 6 days for them to tell me they would finally give me a refund and to donate them to charity. What a palava!! I ended up having to be very rude to Kimberley in customer services who knows nothing about customer service (be it her own fault or what she was instructed by yourselves) and asking her to escalate my frustration as I was extremely disatisfied with her constant offers and she kept on doing it!! Listen to your customers as it upset me for 5 days having to be unkind as I felt I was not being listened to. Customer is king .....remember that. I am trying to pass the covers on and will do my very best to find a home for them. My one star goes for my only positive comment, the refund has gone into my account today which was a lot sooner than expected however, my experience with yourselves has put me off ordering anything from Facebook adverts ever again!!

We are still awaiting delivery , you didnt reply to my email and yet you want me to rate you ... only one score possible as there is no zero star available . now tell me how you are going to refund me !!!!!

I ordered a cover from them, but they sent me the wrong size cover - or at least I couldn't check if it was, as the confirmation email after purchase didn't describe the item. We exchanged a few emails and I offered to pay for any price difference as I needed a bigger size, but they refused. They said because of the Brexit the UK was no longer part of their market. But I bought it from them, and a few weeks later they are still selling covers in the UK. Do not buy from them. All the fantastic reviews on their website are only from happy customers that they have selected to allow them to write. I was a customer, as I bought one of their products, but they didn't let me write a review. And they have the cheek to say "money back guarantee", unbelievable.
