The cover size is too small for a standard couch size

I ordered the wrong one, I tried to return the explanation. I have a corner sofa and I want to get the right one, but no one allowed me to return it

We bought two of these (2-seater & 3-seater) couldn't get this to fit, tried so many times, emailed them to ask for help before the end of the return period, they seemed helpful but when I finally decided that I couldn't get this to fit they said we were outside of the return period and only offered 35% of the original cost. Then when reviewed on their site they didn't show, they only show 3 star and above reviews! Avoid!!!!

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! When the covers eventually arrived, I went to fit one of them but the tie snapped off. When I emailed about this defect I was offered a 30% refund and I didn’t need to send them back. I replied that one of the covers was defective and I hadn’t even opened the other so was entitled to return for a full refund. (As I also wasn’t happy with the quality or fit of the cover). I was then offered a 50% refund, which I felt like the best offer I was going to get so I accepted. At least they replied to my emails but I really felt like I was totally ripped off, as others seem to have experienced too.

Bought 3 covers. Arrived after about 2 weeks and the quality was crap. Emailed for a refund and went through the most excruciating week long exchange of them offering me discounts, discounted refunds. It felt like I was never getting money back. Eventually, after persisting, I got full refund. SCAM COMPANY, AWFUL PRODUCT, AWFUL SERVICE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Recently bought a setee cover from this company. Ordered the correct size but unfortunately it is not a good fit on our setee and the colour is also quite different to the website, so I contacted them to ask for a return label. Since then our daily email exchange has become excruciating. They have no intention of honouring their '100% satisfaction or money back' claim and instead keep making me bizarre offers. I have no doubt that I will never get my money back. Do not use this company - disgusting customer service.

Terrible customer service. I can't return the item I ordered from them. I've sent them four emails already asking for return label all I get is offer's I am not interested it. I find this very frustrating.

Ordered weeks ago and never arrived. I realised after it taking so long to arrive that they never even sent me an email confirmation. So the only proof I have is the nearly £50 they took from my bank account. As some other have said, I really wish I had checked here first
