Just like every other negative review I've had the same experience. Ordered, then the next day I emailed to say cancel before despatch. It would appear that 2 seperate people were dealing with the request so no clear communication. One said it would be cancelled. The other said too late. A whole 14days after ordering it comes. I don't even open the items as I know I don't want them. I email asking for an address as there is absolutely no invoice or paperwork in the packet. True to form, 2 seperate people dealing with the request. One says they can't find my order despite me providing order ref, email and name. The other finds my order just by my name and offers me 35% refund to keep it and an instruction video. What the hell! I'm into day 4 of going back and forth just for an address to send it back to. I would avoid this company like the plague. Just buy a regular throw for your sofa until you can afford new one. I'm doubtful of getting my money back. I paid with PayPal so hope this affords me some protection.

Oh dear, I wish I had checked Trust pilot before ordering from this company. I ordered a cover for our sofa, wasn't 100% sure that it would look right but was reassured by their easy refund advertising. Well needless to say this wasn't the case. After several emails back and forth (theirs always very early in the morning which leads me to think this company is based in a country far east from here) I agreed to a 50% refund as it was causing me stress to have to keep replying to these emails. I won't be using the cover and it will end up going to landfill I am sure. Avoid!!

90% certain this is a scam. Bought the items, money came out of my bank account, no confirmation email. No product after 3 weeks. Messaged them via their website, received no response. Messaged them via Facebook (as they advise of response 24 hours a day) no response. Fortunately purchased through credit card provider so I’m reporting them to get my refund. Unless they provide me some information, my position will remain that they’re more than likely a scam, and judging by other reviews on trust pilot, even if they’re not a scam, the products sound naff!

I ordered a cover but when it arrived it was much darker than I wanted so decided to return it. First problem is that there was no invoice or return details but I was reassured by the 100% guarantee. Sent a message detailing my request to make a return and that is where my nightmare began! Apparently you can't return these covers! I am now on my fourth email where they offer gradually increasing refund amounts. Please avoid unless you are sure you want these covers!!!

This company is a scam. I ordered covers for my sofa. They quickly took money from my account and did not send a confirmation email so I had no details to track my order. I tried to telephone them but the number on their website is unavailable. I messaged them on the website several times and no response. In desperation I went on to Facebook page and raised my concern. I eventually got a response directing me back to their website. I got no response again from the website, so went back to fb and found they had blocked me. I had just posted a reasonable enquiry. I noticed on the fb page it’s all glowing. I fear I will never get my money back

Not even 1 star. Covers were too small for my 2 and 3 sofas. Used to ordering sofa covers in the past however these were too small. Contacted the company for a refund but 15 emails later they are still insisting that I keep them with several discounts and I send them back they are at my own expense. AVOID THIS COMPANY !! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. ALSO THEIR SALES TELEPHONE DOES NOT EXIST
