Poor quality. Didn’t fit right even with the correct measurements. Looked messy and untidy. The material started bobbling after a couple of weeks. Not worth the money.

The covers I received one was the wrong colour and the other was just not a great fitting. I contacted the costumer service for return label and so far I had offers of discount, many emails later offering of 50% refund. They are not trusted company. The have refused to let me return my order and gave my money back. After about a month with so many emails I finally received my 100% refund but I won’t be recommending this company to anyone

Very hard to return - They won't give you a full refund and will keep fobbing you off offering % money back. The covers were too small and didn't fit our sofa correctly, even though we checked our measurements, they should have fitted with room to spare. The polystyrene poles they give you with the cover just pop out hence wanting to return. They first offered an exchange where you pay towards new covers. They then offered a discounted refund at different levels, it would take a day each time for a reply on email and I just felt they were having me on. I was very grateful to have paid through Paypal. I raised a case via Paypal and have now received a full refund.

No stars really. Appalling service and con. AVOID AVOID AVOID Ordered 2 x sets of covers, eventually received them before Christmas. Poor quality, wrong shade and didn't fit. Contacted company to return them. Offered discount? 4 emails - same response. Went through Paypal to claw back monies. After a few emails back and to, discount offer again - No full refund required as under consumer rights act 2015. Refund if I return them - to address in Paris? at a cost to me of approx £30. No, I will not be paying postage for that. Eventually, received a full refund from Paypal. AVOID AVOID AVOID this company.

Check your measurements very carefully before ordering! We received the sofa cover quickly, and it was really nice, but unfortunately did not fit our sofa. The Sofa Cover House made it extremely difficult to do a return & get a refund, even though they say they have a 14 day refund guarantee, they really didn't want to give our money back. Frustratingly it took numerous emails back & forth; firstly we were offered a 50% refund, then a 70% refund, & I am very frustrated to say I accepted a 90% refund as it would have cost us £7 to return the item. The stress & hassle caused would prevent me from using this company in the future & I most certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Looks nothing like the advert! The foam inserts are a waste of time, pop out as soon as you sit on it! Wouldn’t but another one.
