I ordered this from Facebook on April 8th. On April 11th, I got an email saying allow 8–15 business days. Today is May 15 and I still haven’t received it. There’s no telephone number to call and I’ve sent 5 emails and have not gotten a response! This is a rip off!

I can't review the product, only the company. I ordered from a Facebook ad in April 18. On April 21, I received an email stating that the order was shipped and given a tracking number. The email asked to allow 8-15 days for delivery. It has been much longer. The tracking number does not work. When you try to copy and paste it to put it in the tracking search box it simply pastes the website and if you type the tracking number into the box it does nothing. There is no information to tell you how the item is shipped. The email states to respond with questions. My emails have gone unanswered. I have sent messages on FB messenger and was told that due to Covid-19 items are taking longer to go through customs, so even though their website states they are based in San Diego, CA they are obviously a bogus company from China. When you go to their FB page you will see they delete all of the comments on their ads, probably because everyone is commenting that they never got their merchandise.

I ordered this product in March and have never received my order. I’ve sent two emails and two messages thru Facebook as well as comments and have not received any response. This is a BS company.

Beware, a scam! I ordered the slimming strap and it never arrived. I tried to send several emails and even contacted them on their Facebook page And asked for an update/ a refund but they have not been responsive.
