TheslimmingstrapReviews of theslimmingstrap.com

I wish I could give it 0 stars! My situation unfortunately isn’t any different then these other reviews on here. I made a purchase in early May, was given a tracking number that doesn’t exist and have sent numerous emails for updates and haven’t gotten a single response back. It looks like I’ll be calling my bank today.

Never received the item even after 2 months. They do not have a contact number and they never respond to emails edit- I finally received it after 3 months. They did not respond to the emails so it was a pretty frustrating waiting period

I Never received my package. I paid extra for “priority insured” shipping that was supposed to include a tracking number. The tracking they provided was fake and kept showing up as “error” when entered on their website. I had to call my bank and file a fraudulent claim. The representative for my institution Told me that the tracking number wasn’t valid for ANY of the US postal services ie fedex, ups, Usps etc. Please don’t order from them !

I never received the package either. They never answer any of my emails. There is no phone number to call. They Told me in April it was shipped in an email. I understand if there is a delay but not answering any of my 4 emails and the tracking number does not exist. The tracking number they gave me doesn't exist. This is fraud and I want my hard earned money back that they took right away no problem. If they don't send my package or respond to my emails this week I am seeking a legal suit against them for fraud and stealing my money.

As mentioned by everyone else. I placed an order for two straps in April and never received. I sent numerous emails and reached out to them via social media all went unanswered. I live in southern CA and San Diego (where this company is supposedly from) is a neighboring city so my package should not take this long to arrive. (I AM ALMOST TEMPTED TO VISIT THE COMPANY LOCATION TO GET ANSWERS) IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. Will be filing a complaint with BBB.

Never received it and they refuse to give me a refund unless I returned the product that I never received

Buyer Beware !! I saw an add on Facebook April 13th and ordered immediately. I got a text April 19 saying my order has shipped . To this day (May 18) I have not received my order . The tracking number they provide does not work and it doesn’t even tell you which method or how they shipped it . I have sent Atleast 5 unanswered emails , Facebook messages and still not 1 reply . All the comments on their Facebook post have been hidden and are not visible to the public . Save yourself $20 and avoid doing business with this awful scam of a company.

I placed my order on April 1st. Never received my order. Only a message saying they will have shipping delays. This Company is fraud.
