So I'm guess im.on the same train I wish I wouldve known they just take your money! I actually saw a friend with this product on and that's why I ordered it, i ordered two and I received an email saying it's on it's way but It never came nor a tracking number nothing! I even went on Instagram to send messages....nothing I sent emails no response..how is this ok for this to happen to consumers. This is why we're so apprehensive with businesses but of this sh#t!

I guess I have to join the circle. Me too have not received my slimming face strap. I order in May, they charged my card asap. I received a tracking # I was even told it’s been shipped out from CHINA! I swear I wish I had read all of these reviews beforehand. How can these companies get away with this?? It popped up on a Facebook ad. Never would I order anything from a ad off of Face book again! I feel so stupid after reading all the reviews!!

Scam. Fraud. I ordered 2 months ago and paid for it. Not one response, not one email

DO NOT BUY!!!! Wish I would have looked up reviews before buying. Same experience as most others. Bought 2 of them with their get a second for $5 deal on May 14th 2020. It's now July 14th 2020 and I have received nothing but they have taken their money!! I've sent MANY emails with no response!! Tracking number does not work and my husband works for the post office and says its bogus!! This place needs to be shut down and I myself plan on at least reporting them to the BBB!! ORDER #52081

I initially was having the same issues as everyone else, same issues with the postal service etc. but it actually did come. Just took a little over a month. Now I feel bad I disputed.. Hopefully their shipping times go back to normal

I placed an order on May 7th, and I FINALLY received it yesterday July 15th!!! I'm happy that it wasn't a scam. It just took way longer than I expected.

Ordered on April 29th, and as of today July 7th have not received it. They blocked me on Facebook Messenger so I can't contact them there, they completely ignore their e-mails and DM's on Instagram! DO NOT BUY. It's a SCAM

Do not order from this company. They are scam artists. Ordered back in May. Received an invalid tracking number and not only have I not received my order, they do not reply to emails. Would love to find a way to stop them from scamming other people.
