Hi Muzahid, Thank you for your feedback and we are so sorry for the inconvenience that it may have caused you. We have checked with our email servers and found out that the emails we sent you are being returned undeliverable which means that there was a problem when the emails were sent out to your email domain server. As it may be too late to reconcile, I wanted you to know that I have used your experience within our customer satisfaction process to be sure that we do not make the same error again. Please do not ever hesitate to send your message to [email protected] should you have any other questions or concerns. We are here for you! Sarah Customer Success Manager

Hi Jennee, All of our detailed facts including the compatibility of excel to our templates can be found on our website. We did provide the video tutorial on how to edit the excel application so that the values will reflect directly on the template. As for the refund, we are so sorry as we follow a refund policy which you can also check through this link: https://theslidequest.com/pages/refund-policy We would greatly appreciate it if you can let us know what more we can do to help.
