I ordered the headphones a week ago. When I checked the tracking today, it said order fulfilled, waiting to ship. I am wondering when it will ship. It's already been a week

I ordered twice and both times my order was canceled due to unforseen circumstances. I emailed to find out the problem with no response. Terrible customer service!

My order was cancelled, and I received no explanation. I can guess it has to do with the Canada Post strike, but an explanation would have helped.

I haven't received my recent purchase yet so rating my experience with buying it doesn't seem to make sense. It was easy to purchase online and I am just waiting now. I have purchased the swings this year for my girls and we all love them so I know they will love the moon lights I got for their rooms too.

The items were received as ordered in the correct amount and colors in the expected timeframe.
