I must say I am very surprised to read the poor reviews on here, most of which seem to be during the past few months of the Covid crisis so that may explain it. That has not been my experience, infact If I could leave higher than 5 stars I would. First time I had an issue with my Thermaltake product their forum team gave me the best after sales customer support I have ever had from a company. They really did bend over backwards to help me, and are a credit to the PC Industry during these very difficult times. Give your forum team a huge pat on the back and a wage rise, they deserve it!!! The design of my Core P5 TG Ti case is very clever indeed, every component placement and design feature has been carefully thought about, not an easy case to put together, but a very enjoyable build as you can put your own twist on it. They are not a budget case, but you certainly get what you pay for. Worth every last penny!! No regrets, and will certainly be using TT for many years to come. I purchased the case in the UK, and as you will see from my last review on trustpilot the service was not very good from the company I purchased from. But I am smiling like the Joker on laughing gas after dealing directly with Thermaltake. Thanks Guys, you have restored my faith in customer service 👍👍

Ho contattato l'assistenza tramite il canale facebook, che si è preoccupata di spedirmi il pezzo tre volte, oltre alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dimostrata nei miei confronti, mi è venuta incontro quando non avevo nessuna alternativa, il front panel poteva averlo solo la casa madre, mi è stato spedito senza chiedere un euro, nonostante io avessi precisato che volevo pagare, assolutamente, mi sono stati dietro nonostante fossi petulante con i messaggi e hanno sempre dimostrato pazienza, e la buona volontà di giungere a una soluzione, Ho potuto trovare una sicurezza che le altre volte non ho avuto e lussi che non mi sono mai stati concessi, alla fine senza volere nulla in cambio, nemmeno il precedente front panel, mi è stato detto: grazie di utilizzare Thermaltake. Grazie dell'impegno che ci avete messo per risolvere il mio problema.

After managing to damage a fan controller in my View 37 ARGB case via my own stupidity (trust me this isnt my first rodeo in PC builds) I sent Thermaltake an email and a few pics hoping they would help me at least source a part. Within 24hrs they had sent me verification pics and had already arranged a spare. Great Customer Service.

Purchased Thermaltake view 71 x 2. I am very happy with both of the cases and have had zero problems. I also have alot of their water cooling equipment. Thanks Thermaltake.

The customer service of this company is unbelievable , if I could give them 100 stars then I will give to them . At 8 June I sent an email about a problem to my riser cable which included to core p3 case they didn't response to me and I think ok lets buy a new one in the future. But today after 10 days they send me a new one .They check my business address in my email signature and they send it. In the future Thermaltake will be my 1st choice in everything they sell . Thank you guys

excellent products, my case is a core x9 and i love it, huge and my top card is now at 69 in gaming... all their products are quality

I bought a Core P3 snow edition, couldn't be happier with it. It had a dodgy Gpu riser cable, which is a problem severel reviews mention. One email to U.S. customer service (buy mistake) and one to Tt Europe and it's been replaced with a working one. Which was nice. :)

I've purchased several Thermaltake products in the past and I've never had any complaints. However, recently one of the flip out stands on the underside of my Poseidon Z RGB keyboard broke due to a child's rough handling. To my surprise it only took a 5 minute phone call to Thermaltake's customer support center for them to send me a replacement free of charge.
