I ordered seven Open Box chairs from The Return Company. I had a lot of concerns since I was nervous about purchasing returned items. I was able to reach Marcela by text. She was terrific as she guided me through my purchase and patiently answered my many questions. The chairs arrived in a week and a half. Two had minor flaws, one had a few spots, and the other had a wrinkle in the leather. Five were brand new chairs neatly wrapped in unopened boxes. The chairs are gorgeous, and I saved a fortune. The delivery company was excellent. I am so pleased that I found this company, and I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Fast and effective customer service and communication about the delivery, item arrived in a week (with my consent and agreed-upon delivery date) instead of the projected 3 weeks, delivery went off without a hitch and item was in perfect condition and arrived exactly as described. The best-working furniture shopping and delivery I have encountered since moving from NYC to South Florida. A++!!
