The couch arrived in perfect state. The delivery people were very friendly and helpful. I was very satisfied with the whole process ordering, delivery schedule and delivery.

So sad to see so many poor reviews!! I have a 5 star experience. I ordered a sofa and 2 barstools. The sofa arrived within 5 days of ordering and the stools about 14 days after ordering. I was bracing myself for a fight with the delivery teams, because delivery companies and I seem to always butt heads, BUT both Clutter teams were so professional and courteous, I couldn’t believe it. The defect on the sofa was so minute, that it took 2 of us to find it. And the sofa is STUUNNING. The stools were still factory wrapped and literally perfect. Even nicer than the manufacturer’s website. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this company again! I saved OVER $4k retail. Very sorry for those who’ve had poor reviews with this company. Such a shame. I really can’t say enough good things.

Sorry to see everyone's bad experiences - mine was very positive! Delivery was scheduled via text and when I needed an alternate date, they were very accommodating! Delivery guys showed up at 7:30am sharp and both pieces of the order were there. Chair was very nicely wrapped and protected. 10/10 would buy from The Return Company again! I got a great deal!!

I love my sofa. I can’t remember how I found out about TheReturnCompany, but I’ll definitely be back. Easy delivery within 2 weeks (they wanted to deliver sooner but I was planning for the quoted 15 day fulfillment time so I asked it to be pushed back. The day off, I got a text around 7am saying my delivery would be at 8am. By 9am, my furniture was assembled and all packaging materials removed. All items were carefully wrapped in moving blankets and taped. The movers did an excellent job. I also love that they rank products on their website for condition (since you can’t return items you receive). What I didn’t like: - trying to get assistance from their Customer Service via text before placing an order was impossible… I had so many questions before my first order (I think I sent about 6 texts with questions over 2 weeks) and basically had to buy before being able to speak to anyone… - I do appreciate knowing which day my delivery was happening but having to wait until the morning of to know an actual time was difficult and would be even more difficult for customers with scheduled work/childcare/etc But- I love my sofa and will give lots of positive feedback and recommendations to friends. Thanks so much!!

We love our sofas and and everything we have from the return company. I check the website all the time the new inventory. Shout out to Brittany who was we so kind, helpful, all around amazing and made communication and delivery fast and easy. Highly recommend!
