Got a great sectional at a great price ! It came in like new condition as described , communication from their third party warehouse is slow but did finally work out.

I'm extremely happy with my purchase. The items were delivered within the promised time, and the condition was impeccable. The discounts I received were really unbeatable. I would definitely buy again from them.

Thank you very much, we appreciate your review!

Item was as described, delivery came less than 10days after placing order, delivery guys were super helpful only downside would be for them to have an actual phone number where you can talk to a person.

Glad you're happy with your purchase! We understand that sometimes clients want to call, sorry about that but for safety, quality and security, we only keep communication via chat and email.

First time buying experience with The Return Company. After reading many good and bad reviews, I decided it to give it a try. And I am so glad I did! I purchased a dining table and chairs deigned by Rove Concepts. The items arrived on time and in excellent condition. I was able to save thousands of dollars thanks to The Return Company. I look forward to buying more items from the store. Thanks to customer service and delivery folks. I highly recommend The Return Company.

Thank you Vladimir! There's always good and bad, and we always try to improve when there are issues - We REALLY appreciate your kind feedback! Enjoy your new dining set!

Purchase went smooth. Very happy with chairs. Did an order pick up. Was charged $75 for an appointment time. Thought that was weird, but the discount on furniture was worth it. The chairs were in great condition and very happy with it!

Thank you for your feedback! Since items are returns that get stored at different warehouse with 3rd parties, that's why there's a higher cost of delivery and fee for a pickup appointment, to find and move items to loading areas and staff to be there for the appointment, etc. We hope you enjoy your items! :D
