Most of my orders over the years have been fine, but there have been about 4-5 mistakes during this time. Sometimes, the order has been missing an item or two (on in-stock items), and I've had to contact the site to ask them to send the rest of the order. One time, the order was incomplete because the item was out of stock indefinitely, and I was supposed to be issued a refund. The refund was not issued, and I had to contact the site to have them issue the refund.

Placed and order and had it 3 days later. There was a mistake on my order but it was fixed immediately and I was told I could just keep the one they sent by accident. Excellent Service.
