I am always happy with the quality of the products from the raw world. Having said that: I do think the shipping is high. I am a wholistic practitioner so I get a lot of shipments, so compare to most I think the price is high. Also recently bough half a case of an item full price, and the same day I received the items the same product went on sale for a lot and I mean a lot less. I wrote an email hoping to get some kind of a gesture that indicated my business was important , not expecting any refunds or anything like that.but maybe a nice discount coupon even for just 1 time. The answer I got was a bit corporate..ish, it really surprised me to see the rigidity of the system. But oh well, business is business.

Would highly suggest that anyone wanting excellant products and service to order from this company.
